LATE CHECK-OUT

Surcharge of 50% of the room rate will apply on or before 6PM. Check-out after 6PM will be charged in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The guest is allowed to modify the reservations by email more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made beyond 30 days, the payment will be consumed within three (3) months from cancellation date.

Less than 30 days cancellation will have a corresponding 50% charge.

Cancellation less than 72 hours will be charge 100% or the full amount.

NO SHOW POLICY

Failure to arrive on the date of check-in will be tagged as NO Show and the first night will be charged.

PAYMENT POLICY

Full Payment will be charged upon confirmation of your online booking                                

CARD FRAUD PROTECTION

As a protective measure for credit card owners for fraudulent transactions, the guest may be required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking with a government issued valid ID of the card owner upon check-in.

If in case the card owner is not present and the booking was made for another guest and not the card owner, the guest will be required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card holder with clear copies of front and back of the card used and a government issued valid ID of the card owner. 

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to check-in for failure to comply with these requirements or may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.
